Rudolph Gurtovnik is the CEO and founder of Hazengo LLC. Rudy is a seasoned professional from Brooklyn, New York, with dual bachelor’s degrees in Audio Production & Engineering and Sound Synthesis, as well as a Master’s in Health Services Administration. Having lived and worked in cities like New York, Boston, Burlington, Los Angeles, Houston, and Seattle, Rudy has developed not only a strong background in program operations management and Excel-based data reporting, but also an appreciation for working with a diverse group of people. With over 15 years of experience, Rudy has collaborated with many organizations, including the Alzheimer’s Association, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Easter Seals Veterans department, the American Red Cross, HUD, and many other agencies. He ensures that reporting, data management, and workflows are accurate and efficient, contributing to impactful project outcomes. Rudy’s expertise spans crafting custom reporting tools and optimizing workflow processes. He has successfully spearheaded projects to evaluate effectiveness of multi-state programs on client success spanning 23 cities. During the devastating Houston's Hurricane Harvey, Rudy managed the bulk of the data projects and home repair services reporting while collaborating with multiple government agencies including HUD. His adaptability and problem-solving skills allow him to navigate complex situations while delivering exceptional results. In addition to his professional endeavors, Rudy has pursued his interest in real estate, specifically mobile home property ownership and management. After extensive planning, he founded Hazengo LLC in May 2024 partnering with a network of contributing partners to manage his real estate investment companies.
