Hazengo LLC was founded in May 2024 by its CEO and founder, Rudolph (Rudy) Gurtovnik.

As the operations management company for its real estate and mobile home property entities, Hazengo stands apart from larger corporations. We are a small business dedicated to assembling a team of like-minded partners and investors who pool their funds, resources, and skills to create something greater than themselves. We believe that with the right team, strategic business planning, and unwavering focus, there is strength in numbers. Together, there’s nothing we can’t accomplish!

Our mission

Hazengo's mission is to ensure the efficient and smooth business operations of the properties it operates. Hazengo LLC does not in itself own any properties, real estate or assets but merely functions as an operations managements division.

Our vision

As the operations division, Hazengo LLC wants to create a one stop shop for in-house operations management, budgeting, software maintenance, and contractors/staff hiring for any of the parks that it operates
